These floor plans are just a few custom homes we have built for clients and you can use for ideas that can easily be changed to your specifications. If you would like to make any modifications to these plans using our Architect/design staff, call us for a cost estimate of any changes you might want. We have put names of beautiful destinations here in Alaska to these plans so that when you call with questions about them we will know which plan you are inquiring about.

If you find something in a frame house planbook, these too can be modified into log wall plans. We encourage you to come visit our model home where we have many other custom designs to examine.

The Prince William Model

Approximately 2880 Square feet on the main level and approximately 2000 square feet on the second level. If your property is conducive to have a lower foundation or walkout, add another 2880 square ft for your total living area.

All floor plans include the following items for log portion only.
Log work only:
Yellow Cedar logs 18-22 inch base diameters (we can get diameters up to 36 inches in cedar, an up to 48 inches in Sitka Spruce)
Complex version of the Scandinavian scribe fit method of construction
Logs hand peeled and all knots sanded
10 foot sidewalls
Second floor loft supports every 4 foot on center
4 full trusses on gable ends
4 "A" trusses
Full length ridge pole and purlins flattened on top side and ready for remainder of roof structure.
Electrical outlets drilled and cut in
All rough openings cut in for doors and windows
Half log stairway to second floor with railing
