All of the photo's on this page are of the same home with the exception of the curved stair.

An 18' x 20' sunroom brings the outdoors in while in the comfort of your home.  This plan demonstrates how you have more latitude with glass placement than you would with a frame house.  See the Wrangell model in our floor plans section.

This "Wrangell" model in our plans section has 1940 square feet on the main level and 550 in the loft.  The base diameters of the logs average 26 inches.  The home also has a full daylight basement giving it a total of 4,680 square feet.

Note also the 4" thick cedar bar top with a two part water clear resin finish for the top. Appliances are by Viking which have been installed in many of our homes. The hardwood floors are Black ash from a local mill.

This dining table has a white pine top. The ash hardwood floor was installed at a 45 degree angle to give a nice flow from the dining kitchen area into the living room.

This floor plan offers a nice covered porch with full oval door and beveled glass.

These photos are of the Wrangell model in our plans section.

Another wonderful view of the lake from the dining room with southwest accents and a handcrafted table. Other items our clients have added after the home has been constructed are Spalted handcrafted Maple Dining tables, Special wood mantles and Granite counter tops from Italy.

We like to think of our homes as being more than just "custom built".  We put extra effort into the design phase so every home we build is a reflection of the personality of each owner.

A log gate using 25" diameter cedar is a great way to enhance the look of the main entrance to your home.

Another nice feature of our work is our custom built stairways. No two are alike. We have done several with curved logs like this one. With this application we take a curved log, split it in half and the mortise 4x12 treads into the half logs. This stairway will get Diamond willow railing and spindles.

Recessed lighting is another nice feature. The treads are half logs that are mortised into the stringers. Posts and railing are all cedar.
